We are seeking either a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer to join our clients business in Portsmouth. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineer with a strong building services background to work on a diverse portfolio of high-quality projects across multiple sectors.
You will be responsible for producing innovative, compliant, and cost-effective engineering designs from concept through to completion, working closely with clients, architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary design teams.
- Produce mechanical or electrical building services designs for a range of projects.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other consultants.
- Support project delivery to programme and budget.
Minimum 5 years' experience in Mechanical or Electrical Building Services Design.
Proven experience delivering projects across several of the following sectors:
- Commercial
- Heritage
Degree or HNC/HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
Proficient in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and relevant calculation software.
Strong knowledge of current Building Regulations, British Standards, and CIBSE guidance.
Full UK driving licence.
