We are looking for experienced M&E site managers to support our client for the next 18months on decarbonisation projects.
We have a total of 18 sites which you will work across all based in Liverpool.
We are expecting to start in 2-3 weeks and must be willing to travel between the sites which are all public buildings including; Schools, community centres, colleges, librarys etc
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the sites
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Plan and monitor site activities, programmes, labour, materials, and plant requirements.
- Ensure all works comply with drawings, specifications, building regulations, and relevant legislation.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across the site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality control procedures are followed.
- Liaise with the Project Manager, clients, consultants, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Organise and attend site meetings, providing regular progress updates and reporting on key issues.
- Review construction drawings and identify and resolve technical or site-related issues.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure works are completed to programme and specification.
- Manage deliveries, site logistics, storage, and the efficient use of plant and materials.
- Maintain accurate site records, including site diaries, progress reports, inspections, and documentation.
- Identify potential risks, delays, and variations, implementing solutions where necessary.
- Ensure the site is kept clean, organised, and secure at all times.
- Lead and motivate the site team, promoting a professional and positive working environment.
- Assist with snagging, handover, and completion of works.
