Location: Heathrow

Basic Salary: £34,000 (Depending on experience) + Overtime, up to £37,500 OTE

Shift: Monday - Friday (7:00am - 4:00pm) / 1 in 2 Saturday Mornings as Overtime (7:00am - 1:00pm)

Our client is a specialist, reliable and reputable Commercial Vehicle Company based in and around Heathrow. They are seeking a passionate and dedicated HGV Service Receptionist / HGV Service Advisor to expand their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for and be part of a leading company that looks after and values its employees. As a HGV Service Receptionist / HGV Service Advisor, you will be required to undertake the following:

  • Answer incoming telephone calls to the site.
  • Greet all visitors to the site.
  • Ensure all customer bookings are consistently and accurately recorded.
  • Managing customer inspection schedules – liaising with the customer and workshop and managing the daily diary.
  • Keep customers informed of progress reports.
  • Use a computerised Management System, and respond to emails from customers, contractors, and other sites.
  • Completing Invoicing and filing.
  • Raising Job cards and dealing with bookings.
  • Obtaining order numbers and allocating it correctly.

As a HGV Service Receptionist / HGV Service Advisor you should hold:

  • Experience in the motor trade industry.
  • A broad understanding of vehicles, servicing, and maintenance.
  • Full Clean Driving Licence.
  • Responsive and willing to learn, receive training, developing both yourself and those around you.
  • Able to prioritise your own workload and support the team.
  • Excellent relationship skills with both colleagues and customers alike.
  • Remaining calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
