Our client who operates within the Gas utilities sector is looking for a Customer Liaison Officer to join their growing team. We are looking for someone with brilliant customer service as this is a highly customer-focused role. You will be expected to carry out the following:
- Attend regular planned meetings
- Attend customer homes to advise them on the works that are due to commence
- Identify customers that may require further assistance whilst work is ongoing
- Work closely with the operational teams & site manager
- Effectively plan for door knocking at the start of the project, with follow-up visits once completed
This role would suit someone with the below:
- Experience in a customer-focused role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident and organised
- Full UK driver licence (will be required to drive to various sites in West London)
