About the Role: Lotus is seeking a reliable, versatile Multi-Trade Handyman to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time role focused on completing final snagging and minor maintenance tasks across our residential development sites. All projects are located within a 1-hour radius of our base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travelling to various active sites to sign off and fix final snagging lists.
- Carrying out basic, non-structural multi-trade tasks including minor plumbing, painting/touch-ups, carpentry, and basic electrical adjustments.
- Ensuring a high-quality finish to meet company and client standards.
What We Are Looking For:
