Hours: Monday - Friday ( 40 hours a week - Start/Finish times to be discussed) We are looking for a reliable and professional Class 1 Driver to join a specialist, reliable and reputable Commercial Vehicle Fleet Company based around the Nottingham area.

The role involves collecting and delivering customer trailers, transporting trailers to and from MOT appointments, and supporting the workshop by ensuring vehicles and trailers are moved efficiently.

This is primarily a driving role, but applicants with basic HGV or trailer maintenance knowledge will have an advantage.

The position is Monday to Friday, day shifts, with occasional 6:00am starts and overtime available.

Responsibilities as a HGV Class 1 Driver

  • Collect and deliver customer trailers to sites, workshops and testing stations.
  • Transport trailers for MOTs and statutory inspections.
  • Support workshop operations by moving vehicles and trailers as required.
  • Complete daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects.
  • Maintain accurate transport documentation and comply with DVSA regulations and company procedures.
  • Represent the company professionally when dealing with customers. Package and Salary details:
