We are currently recruiting a Qualified Electrician to carry out EICR inspections, testing, and remedial works across social housing properties.
Role responsibilities:
- Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR)
- Completing electrical testing and inspections
- Undertaking remedial works following EICR results
- Working within occupied and void social housing properties
- Ensuring all work complies with BS 7671 wiring regulations
- Accurately completing certification and reports
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- 2391 or equivalent Testing & Inspection qualification
- Experience working within social housing
- Full UK driving licence
