If you are an experienced HGV Technician or HGV Mechanic in or around the Essex area then this one is for you. We are actively seeking an experienced HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle Technician to work Monday – Friday in the Purfleet area. You will have at least 3 years’ experience as a Heavy Vehicle Engineer / HGV Mechanic / PSV Technician and hold a recognised qualification (NVQ / City & Guilds / Full Apprenticeship). General duties for this role include: – Heavy Vehicle Inspections – Running Defects – Servicing, Maintenance & Repair – Pre MOT Preparation – Engine & Gearbox Repairs & Overhauls – Complete all the relevant paperwork to a high standard This position pays a few pennies under £54,000 per annum before overtime and you will work Monday – Friday, Early & Late Shift. This opening comes with excellent benefits including overtime paid at £34.50 per hour, 25 days annual leave (rising to 30 days with service), excellent working conditions, in-house training course to keep you up to date with new technology, 5% pension.
