Location: Hertfordshire

Basic Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Great Company Benefits

Hours: Monday - Friday / 8:30am - 5:00pm

We are looking for an experienced Fleet Maintenance Controller to work with a specialist, reliable and reputable Commercial Vehicle Fleet Company based around the Hertfordshire area.

Our client is looking for a passionate and dedicated Fleet Maintenance Controller / Fleet Controller to expand their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for and be part of an industry-leading company that looks after and values its employees.

Fleet Maintenance Controller / Fleet Controller duties will include:

  • Coordinating with customers to schedule inspections and repair work
  • Organising planned maintenance with subcontractors and clients
  • Managing and supporting an assigned portfolio of customers
  • Handling and arranging customer breakdown call-outs
  • Keeping customers informed with regular progress updates
  • Creating and processing purchase orders
  • Maintaining accurate records within the internal database
  • Scheduling and allocating work for mobile engineering teams
