We are looking for an experienced Fleet Maintenance Controller to work with a specialist, reliable and reputable Commercial Vehicle Fleet Company based around the Hertfordshire area.
Our client is looking for a passionate and dedicated Fleet Maintenance Controller / Fleet Controller to expand their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for and be part of an industry-leading company that looks after and values its employees.
Fleet Maintenance Controller / Fleet Controller duties will include:
- Coordinating with customers to schedule inspections and repair work
- Organising planned maintenance with subcontractors and clients
- Managing and supporting an assigned portfolio of customers
- Handling and arranging customer breakdown call-outs
- Keeping customers informed with regular progress updates
- Creating and processing purchase orders
- Maintaining accurate records within the internal database
- Scheduling and allocating work for mobile engineering teams
