We have a opportunity for a Coordinator to join our clients dispatch team in Manchester on a inital 3month contract. The role will be working within their Security team coordinating works for engineers You will be expected to; * Dispatch engineers using software, prioritising jobs based on needs and job urgency. * Reallocate tasks and collaborate with engineers and management to resolve any issues. * Communicate with customers, managing expectations and resolving conflicts. * Build strong relationships with customers, providing solutions and feedback for improvement. * Track job progress to ensure timely completion and adherence to service standards. Ideally we are looking for someone with coordinating, dispatch experience within a service environment, although will consider someone from a customer service/fast paced environment background
