Due to continued growth and an expanding portfolio of projects, They are looking for a BMS Engineer to join their team — and are open to HVAC Engineers who are keen to cross-train and build a rewarding career in Building Management Systems. The Role As a BMS Engineer, you will play a key role in the delivery, commissioning, maintenance, and optimisation of Building Management Systems across a variety of commercial, industrial, and public-sector sites. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out service & Maintenance of BMS systems (Trend, Tridium, Schneider, etc.) * Diagnose faults and optimise control strategies for energy efficiency * Carry out routine and reactive maintenance on BMS controls * Support project delivery and liaise with clients and other trades * Engage in ongoing training and development (especially for those cross-training) Who We’re Looking For We’re keen to hear from both experienced BMS professionals and HVAC Engineers ready to take the next step in their career. You might be: * An HVAC engineer with strong controls/plant room experience and a desire to move into BMS * A commissioning or service engineer with some exposure to control systems * Or already a BMS engineer looking for a new challenge with support and career progression Essential Skills/Experience: * Solid understanding of mechanical HVAC systems (AHUs, FCUs, boilers, chillers, etc.) * Good problem-solving and communication skills * Full UK driving licence (for mobile roles)
