Help shape how we connect with the stakeholders and communities who rely on the ferry services we provide. At CalMac, stakeholders in island and coastal communities are at the heart of everything we do. We’re looking for a Stakeholder Engagement Manager to lead how we build meaningful, trusted relationships across our network.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll drive our stakeholder engagement strategy, ensuring a consistent, transparent and community-first approach across all touchpoints. You’ll work collaboratively across teams, influence how we communicate, and play a key role in delivering our Community Fund, maximising social value where it matters most.

  • Re-establishing and managing our Community Fund, including governance and delivery partners
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with communities, stakeholders and colleagues
  • Supporting projects with clear, effective engagement and communications plans
  • Representing CalMac at events, consultations and community forums

Background in communications, community or stakeholder engagement. Knowledge of the CalMac network (desirable). This is your opportunity to make a visible difference to island communities, building trust and shaping how CalMac engages across its entire network.
