We're looking for a talented Data Scientist to join our team and play a key role in optimising our operations, shaping customer experiences, driving revenue growth, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the business.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Data Scientist, you'll work with large and complex datasets to uncover trends and performance insights, understand customer behaviour, and deliver actionable insights that create measurable business value. Your responsibilities will include:
- Mine and analyse large customer, transactional and operational datasets to uncover trends, behaviours and opportunities.
- Deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and improve business performance.
- Partner with Marketing and Customer Experience teams to develop customer segmentation models and targeted engagement strategies.
- Measure and evaluate the impact of data-led initiatives on customer experience and revenue growth.
- Develop data products and self-service insight solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the business.
- Analyse customer, sentiment and operational data to identify key drivers of performance.
- Apply data science and machine learning techniques to support forecasting, optimisation and automation opportunities.
