Working Pattern: Typically working 4 days over 7, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

What You'll be Doing
\n
\n
As part of our port operations team, you will undertake a varied role supporting the safe, efficient and customer-focused delivery of our services. Duties will include but not limited to:

- Assisting with day to day pier operations and vessel turnarounds
- Providing excellent customer service and ticketing support within the ticket office
- Supporting the safe embarkation and disembarkation of passengers, vehicles and freight
- Responding to customer enquries and providing travel information
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of port and vessel operations
- Maintaining high standards of safety, security and housekeeping across all work areas

- Are flexible and willing to work across different operational areas

- Are reliable, professional and adaptable
- Are willing to work a shift pattern, including weekends, evenings and public holidays as required
- Can commute to and from our ports in Ardrossan and Troon
- Are able to work in inside and outside environments during adverse weather
