Key Job Responsibilities
- Help serve food and drink in the restaurant area whilst adhering to company standards and giving excellent customer service.
- Have a visible presence within the hotel to ensure all customer requests are dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner.
- To up sell products where possible.
- Ensure all cash, charge, float and till procedures are carried out in accordance with Company Policy.
- Assist and positively contribute to the smooth running of the restaurant department.
