Responsibilities
- Cleaning hotel bedrooms to a high standard, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and replenishing supplies.
- Reporting items for repair and lost property.
- Cleaning public areas, as required, e.g. corridors, service areas, toilets.
- Delivering a great guest experience through providing a high standard of cleaning throughout the hotel.
- Ensuring compliance with hotel policies, procedures and safety regulations.
Qualifications
