Key Job Responsibilities

  • Keep all kitchen surfaces including counters, sinks, stoves and walls clean and sanitized.
  • Sweep and mop floors at the beginning and ending of shifts.
  • Keep the food and supply storage areas organized.
  • Support the chef in basic food preparation.
  • Remove kitchen waste from waste containers.
  • Wash dirty dishes, cutlery, pots, cutting boards and pans and load dishes into the dishwasher.
  • Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing them in the kitchen.
