We are looking for enthusiastic, ambitious coach drivers to join our friendly team and become part of our UK & European tour operations programme. As one of the UK's leading coach tour operators, we are looking for drivers who enjoy working with people, have a flexible schedule, and enjoy European and UK travel.
Customer service is at the heart of everything we do at Caledonian. It is essential that you have a pleasant nature and take great pride in providing excellent customer service. You must be willing to go the extra mile to improve the customer experience. You must have a passion for customer service and be able to maintain professional and polite communication with customers at all times.
Essential requirements:- You must be in possession of a full PCV licence, driver CPC and meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements.
- You enjoy meeting people and making a positive impact during every customer contact.
- A good listener who has a natural instinct to assess customer needs and resolve queries.
- A great communicator, with a collaborative approach.
