Key Job Responsibilities
- Keep all kitchen surfaces including counters, sinks, stoves and walls clean and sanitized.
- Sweep and mop floors at the beginning and ending of shifts.
- Keep the food and supply storage areas organized.
- Support the chef in basic food preparation.
- Remove kitchen waste from waste containers.
- Wash dirty dishes, cutlery, pots, cutting boards and pans and load dishes into the dishwasher.
- Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing them in the kitchen.
