Key Job Responsibilities

  • Help serve food and drink in the bar and restaurant area whilst adhering to company standards and giving excellent customer service.
  • Have a visible presence within the hotel to ensure all customer requests are dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • To up sell products where possible.
  • Ensure all cash, charge, float and till procedures are carried out in accordance with Company Policy.
  • To assist and positively contribute to the smooth running of the Bar department.
  • To perform all reasonable requests by Management.
