Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our hospitality team at a busy Highland hotel.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional looking to develop their career within a stunning Scottish location.

The successful candidate will assist in the daily operation of the restaurant, bar and events services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while supporting and leading the Food & Beverage team.

Live-in accommodation is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Food & Beverage Manager in the day-to-day operation of all F&B outlets.
  • Supervise restaurant, bar, breakfast and event service to ensure high standards are consistently maintained.
  • Lead, motivate and train team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by responding professionally and efficiently to enquiries, requests and complaints.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, rota management and daily team briefings.
  • Monitor service standards, presentation and cleanliness throughout all F&B areas.
  • Support stock control, ordering, inventory management and wastage reduction.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, licensing regulations and health & safety procedures.
  • Maintain accurate cash handling and end-of-shift procedures.
  • Assist with conference, wedding and special event operations as required.
  • Act as Duty Manager when required, providing leadership across the hotel operation.
  • Candidate Requirements

Essential

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, restaurant, hotel or bar operations.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Right to work in the UK.

Desirable

  • Experience working within hotels or resort environments.
  • Knowledge of Scottish hospitality and tourism.
  • Personal Licence Holder qualification (or willingness to obtain).
  • First Aid certification.
  • Experience using hospitality EPOS and reservation systems.
