The Role
We are currently looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on role working across all areas of our food and beverage operation, including restaurant service and bar duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing professional and friendly waiting service for:
- Breakfast
- Lunch
- Dinner
- Serving food and beverages to a high standard
- Operating and maintaining the bar, including preparing and serving drinks
- Setting up and clearing tables
- Ensuring cleanliness and organisation of service areas
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in food service and bar work is essential
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy service periods
