Small Works HVAC Projects Manager – The Role We are looking for a proactive and innovative Small Works HVAC Projects Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional with experience in mechanical and plumbing projects, committed to delivering high-quality solutions across the region. As a Small Works Projects Manager, you will oversee the estimation and management of small-scale HVAC projects, working closely with a skilled team of engineers. Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of commercial mechanical installations and plumbing work, including boiler replacements , plant room upgrades and refurbishments. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Experience with Health & Safety (H&S) and Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations would be advantageous. This role covers East Central Scotland and beyond. Key Responsibilities; • Oversee and manage M&E projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional quality. • Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules, while keeping stakeholders informed of progress. • Work collaboratively with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to meet project requirements. • Enforce safety standards, creating a secure environment for all team members. • Optimize resource allocation, including materials, labour, and equipment, to maximize efficiency. • Identify and address project challenges, making adjustments as needed for successful outcomes. • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing updates and addressing concerns.
