Mobile Plumber – The Role We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Mobile Plumber to join our team! The successful candidate will hold an NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds qualification in plumbing and have a conscientious, detail-oriented approach to their work. In this role, you will travel to various locations to carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations, ensuring the highest level of service for our customers. Key Responsibilities; • Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance across commercial properties. • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing and basic M&E issues, providing effective and lasting solutions. • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential plumbing problems and recommend preventative measures. • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards. • Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and customer interactions. • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to explain work carried out and provide advice as needed. • Manage your schedule and travel between job sites efficiently Mobile Plumber – What we need from you Key Skills & Experience; • Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds certification in Plumbing (essential). • Drivers Licence: Full, Clean UK Drivers Licence (essential). • Experience: Proven experience in plumbing, with a strong understanding of both domestic and commercial systems. • Customer Orientation: Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills. • Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose issues quickly and find effective solutions. • Attention to Detail: Conscientious approach to work, ensuring quality and precision in every task. • Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively. • Time Management: Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines while traveling between job sites.
