We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join our dynamic engineering department. In this role, you will drive process improvements, increase efficiency, and enhance productivity across manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement manufacturing process improvement strategies to optimize efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and apply lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Lead and mentor the manufacturing engineering team, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Oversee new product projects, ensuring readiness for production, design for manufacture, and coordination of project meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products and processes.
  • Work closely with suppliers to evaluate and source new technologies, materials, and equipment.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve complex manufacturing issues and optimize production output.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, perform statistical analysis, and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track performance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing engineering management role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong design capabilities.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing processes.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (highly desirable).
