Caledonia Play Limited are excited to be recruiting for a Sales Executive based in Milnathort, Kinross, who will drive sales growth for our range of high‑quality wooden play equipment across Scotland and the North of England. This role focuses on developing new business within schools, nurseries, local authorities, leisure providers and commercial organisations, while also maintaining existing accounts.
The ideal candidate combines strong relationship‑building skills with a proven track record in increasing sales and promoting the brand within the marketplace.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within schools, nurseries, councils and commercial clients
- Build strong relationships with decision‑makers including headteachers, business managers, procurement teams, architects and contractors
- Work closely with internal teams (design, sales, contracts & install) to ensure smooth project delivery
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Proven experience in sales & business development, ideally within the playground equipment or outdoor structure market
- Experience working with commercial clients, including local authorities, leisure parks, visitor attractions and hospitality venues
- Ability to manage a large territory and travel regularly across Scotland and the North of England
- Knowledge of outdoor play equipment, timber structures or construction‑related products is advantageous
