An exciting 12-month fixed-term role supporting digital transformation and helping colleagues build the confidence and capability to deliver our ambitious business plan.

About the role

  • Assessing digital capability needs and developing clear learning pathways that prepare our workforce for the future.
  • Leading delivery of the organisation's AI implementation plan, building colleague confidence in safe, ethical and effective AI use.
  • Playing a key role in rolling out the new HRIS, ensuring well-designed processes and effective training.
  • Championing cultural and behavioural change that enables new, modern ways of working.

About You

You have experience working in a generalist human resources or organisational development environment, or equivalent, with exposure to strategic people initiatives. With experience supporting digital transformation, you bring strong knowledge of learning needs analysis and the ability to translate learning requirements into simple, user-friendly digital learning solutions that support and upskill colleagues. You collaborate confidently with a diverse range of stakeholders, ensuring engagement, clarity, and measurable outcomes throughout digital and learning initiatives.

The Learning and Development Business Partner is a Hybrid Role, which means you will work flexibly from a range of sites including: working from home and at our Caledonia Group Offices (based in Dundee, Perth or West Dunbartonshire). A full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential.
