Caledonia Housing Association is seeking a Factoring Officer to help shape our factoring service, ensure regulatory compliance and drive digital and data improvements.
Reporting to the Asset Manager, you will manage homeowner accounts, service charges and debt recovery while delivering value for money for the Group.
This hybrid role requires travel across our areas; a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
