To meet our aggressive client expansion targets through 2026 and 2027, we are looking to cultivate raw talent into senior managers via a structured, hands-on pathway.
The Progression Pathway:
- Phase 1 (Brand Advocacy): Master the fundamentals of frontline brand representation, client portfolios, and customer acquisition.
- Phase 2 (Junior Management): Take on team coordination, run daily briefings, mentor newer executives, and track campaign KPIs.
- Phase 3 (Senior Direction): Gain complete autonomy over backend operations, financial forecasting, and territory management to spearhead brand-new regional office locations.
What We Are Looking For:
- Drive & Ambition: Highly self-motivated individuals eager to take on leadership accountability early in their career.
