We are a leading Marketing and Sales firm in Edinburgh recognised for delivering high-impact brand solutions and robust market acquisition for industry giants, including Mercedes-Benz, EE, Verisure, and E-On Next. We specialise in executing dynamic, face-to-face consumer campaigns across four core divisions: Corporate Events, Business-to-Business (B2B), Premium Retail, and Field Marketing.

As we accelerate our operational goals for 2026 and 2027, we are seeking a driven Marketing Executive to manage frontline client portfolios, optimise brand engagement, and prepare for rapid professional advancement within our expanding corporate structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Oversee and implement tailored marketing strategies across live events, retail environments, business hubs, and residential field campaigns to maximize client visibility.
  • Brand Representation: Act as the primary liaison between our high-profile clients and their target demographics, delivering elite product presentations and securing consistent market share.
  • Performance Analysis: Track daily campaign metrics, consumer trends, and acquisition data to optimize ROI and report performance KPIs back to senior leadership.
  • Strategic Training: Participate in daily executive briefings, marketing workshops, and collaborative strategy sessions designed to foster team leadership and management skills.

Structured Career Pathway

To meet strict client demand and fulfill our expansion goals, this role is tied directly to a merit-based promotion structure. We do not hire senior leadership from the outside; we develop it from within through two distinct phases:

  • Junior Executive Level (Months 3–6): Upon demonstrating mastery of campaign fundamentals and consistently hitting acquisition targets, you will transition into a leadership capacity—taking responsibility for training, professional mentorship, and small-team management.
  • Senior Management (Months 12–18): Successful leaders will be fast-tracked to oversee complete campaign divisions, backend operations, and client relationships, with the ultimate trajectory of managing our brand-new regional territories.

Candidate Profile

  • Professional Drive: A highly self-motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced, target-driven corporate environment.
  • Communication Fluidity: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently present ideas and build rapport across diverse audiences.
  • Leadership Potential: A background in competitive environments, team management, or professional coaching is highly advantageous.

Requirements: Must be living in (or ready to immediately relocate to) Edinburgh and available to start full-time corporate hours.
