About Caledonia Group
Caledonia Group delivers face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns on behalf of established UK brands across [sectors, e.g. energy, telecoms, charity]. Our teams work at retail venues, events and in local communities, acquiring new customers and representing our clients’ brands directly.
Following the launch of two new client campaigns, we’re expanding our Edinburgh office and recruiting for our Management Training Programme.
About the role
This is an entry-level position with a structured route into management. You’ll begin by representing our clients and acquiring new customers, gaining a practical understanding of sales, customer engagement and campaign performance. As you progress, you’ll take on responsibility for training new team members, leading a team and eventually managing a client campaign.
Progression pathway
- Months 0-3: Campaign Representative. Learn our clients’ products, develop your sales and communication skills, and build consistent results.
- Months 3-6: Team Leader. Coach new starters in the field, support recruitment and take on daily team responsibilities.
- Months 6-12: Junior Business Manager. Oversee your own team, manage campaign targets and contribute to recruitment, training and office operations.
Progression is based on performance and leadership ability, and timelines vary by individual.
Key responsibilities
- Represent client brands and acquire new customers through face-to-face campaigns
- Meet individual and team performance targets
- Contribute to daily briefings, training sessions and performance reviews
- Support the recruitment, onboarding and development of new team members
- Progress to managing team performance, reporting and campaign delivery
What we offer
- Base salary of [£X] plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses (OTE [£X])
