To support our unprecedented expansion mandate for 2026 and 2027, our Edinburgh firm is restructuring its core leadership pipeline. We represent market leaders across diverse sectors—including Mercedes-Benz, EE, Verisure, and E-On Next—spearheading high-yield campaigns in Events, B2B, Retail, and Field sectors.
To satisfy strict client growth metrics and scale into new domestic territories, we must immediately develop entry-level talent into Junior Executive positions, with the explicit trajectory of stepping into Senior Director roles within the next 12 to 18 months. This is not a static placement; it is a rapid-advancement track designed to build the future partners of our enterprise.
The Advancement Architecture
Our framework is strictly performance-driven, ensuring your career timeline is dictated by your results rather than corporate longevity.
- Phase 1: Brand Integration & Junior Management Readiness
Primary Focus: Master the foundational mechanics of our client portfolios. You will actively execute multi-channel campaigns (Retail, B2B, Events, and Field marketing) to understand customer acquisition firsthand. - The Transition: Upon hitting initial client benchmarks, you will be fast-tracked into a Junior Management role. Here, your focus shifts to supervising small team dynamics, running daily workshops, and mastering the key performance indicators (KPIs) required to keep campaigns profitable.
- Phase 2: Senior Executive Leadership & Territory Control
Primary Focus: As a Junior Manager, you will be paired with a Senior Director to learn the backend infrastructure of our business: campaign architecture, financial forecasting, client relations, and talent acquisition. - The Destination: Once you demonstrate the ability to scale team metrics consistently, you will graduate to Senior Management. In this role, you will autonomously oversee a distinct client campaign or drive our multi-city expansion by launching an entirely new territory.
Core Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline representative for our high-profile clients, securing market share through face-to-face consultancy.
- Take swift accountability for team performance, mentoring junior brand representatives to meet both quality and volume targets.
- Collaborate directly with the senior executive team to analyze market data, adjust campaign strategies, and fulfill expansion forecasts.
- Participate heavily in organisational development, evolving from a trainee into a facilitator of corporate strategy sessions.
Candidate Profile
- Growth Mindset: You are consciously seeking a fast-paced environment where your progression is tied to your direct output, not a fixed corporate ladder.
- Leadership Instincts: Prior experience in competitive environments, team captaincy, or professional mentorship is highly valued. You must be comfortable taking charge of a room.
- Communication Fluidity: The ability to seamlessly pivot your communication style whether engaging a premium consumer, a B2B stakeholder, or an internal team.
- Availability: Must be currently based in, or immediately relocating to, Edinburgh and prepared to commence full-time training.
What We Offer
- A highly competitive, performance-incentivised remuneration structure with uncapped earning thresholds.
- A transparent roadmap detailing exactly what is required to secure both your Junior and Senior management promotions.
- Direct access and daily mentorship from established managing directors.
- Corporate travel opportunities, including national networking galas, leadership retreats, and international industry awards.
