Job Description
- Welcome and serve shoppers and donors in a friendly and helpful manner and consistently provide superior customer service;
- Maintain orderly sales floor, dressing rooms and check out areas;
- Replenish inventory, place clothing on hangers and items on racks, distribute to the appropriate area on the sales floor and merchandise shelves, etc. in a pleasing manner;
- Answer customer enquiries in a professional manner.
- Safely lift and maneuver boxes and bags of donated items up to 30 kilos (with assistance);
- Sort through donations and evaluate items for quality and condition;
- Price items according to established guidelines;
- Assists with mentoring youth and other volunteers;
- Other duties as required.
