As Senior People & Culture Coordinator, you will run full-cycle recruitment, manage our volunteer program and own our UKG platform as the go-to person for workforce data, reporting and system accuracy. You will turn numbers into insights, coordinate the training that keeps our team growing and build the kind of employee experience that makes people proud to work here.

What You Will Do
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition – 20%
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for all positions, from intake to offer
- Partner with hiring managers to build smart recruitment strategies and strong candidate experiences
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and support UKG recruitment processes
Volunteer Program Management – 20%
- Lead volunteer recruitment, onboarding and recognition across all CCS programs
- Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and community organizations to grow and sustain the volunteer pipeline
- Manage the customization and managing DonorPerfect implementation process. Monitor volunteer retention effort and participation analytics.
Learning and Development – 15%
- Coordinate the annual training calendar and administer the Learning Management System
- Organize Lunch and Learns, onboarding sessions and leadership development initiatives
- Track and evaluate training effectiveness and compliance completion
Workforce Analytics and Reporting – 15%
- Prepare monthly and quarterly workforce dashboards and KPI reports
- Support People & Culture reporting to leadership and contribute to continuous improvement of HR workflows and systems
Employee Engagement and Culture – 10%
- Coordinate recognition programs, wellness initiatives and staff appreciation events
- Support employee surveys and lead action planning follow-through
- Champion a culture that reflects CCS values at every touchpoint
Internal Communications & Community Outreach (10%)
- Prepare and distribute People & Culture communications, newsletters and announcements
- Support change management communications and maintain People & Culture SharePoint content
- Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and community organizations
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion – 10%
- Coordinate DEI initiatives, events, and awareness campaigns
- Support the DEI Committee and help implement the agency’s DEI strategy
What You Bring
- A bachelor’s degree or Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resources or a related discipline, with CHRP designation or active pursuit preferred
- 5 to 7 years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated depth in recruitment, engagement, and training coordination
- Hands‑on experience with UKG or a comparable HRIS platform, including reporting, employee records management and recruitment module administration
- Experience managing a volunteer program and building community partnerships
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate workforce data into clear, actionable insights
- A genuine passion for people, community, and building workplaces where everyone belongs
- Nonprofit experience is a strong asset
- Satisfactory Criminal Records Check required prior to start
