Key Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE.
  • Admission: Must be admitted in Ireland, Northern Ireland, or England & Wales.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of exclusive experience as a construction lawyer.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in standard form contracts (NEC3/4, JCT, RIAI, Public Works, FIDIC) and experience in statutory adjudication.
  • Additional: Full driving licence and valid right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

  • Provide legal support to the firm's Construction Team.
  • Advise on complex construction contracts and procurement matters.
  • Represent parties in statutory adjudication proceedings.
