The Role

We are looking for an outstanding practitioner and aspiring senior leader who:

  • Has a proven track record of raising standards and improving outcomes.
  • Demonstrates excellent teaching and learning practice.
  • Can inspire, motivate and develop others.
  • Has high expectations for achievement, behaviour and inclusion.
  • Builds strong relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.

The successful candidate will undertake a significant leadership role alongside a 70% teaching commitment, likely within Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
