Befriending with Staying Well is recruiting volunteers to join our valued team to befriend lonely and isolated people in Calderdale.
“Sometimes you want a brew and someone to talk to…” Befriending makes a huge difference when you are lonely and isolated. Can you give Staying Well up to an hour once a week for 6 months? Are you ready to change someone’s life and help them reconnect with the community?
All you need is the desire to befriend a lonely and isolated person and a telephone; the cuppa is optional!
