  • Supporting and enabling children and young people's understanding of their rights and options to help them make informed decisions. Empowering individuals to communicate their views, wishes, and feelings, and participate in decision making processes. Supporting children and young people to make challenges or representations when necessary, including asking pertinent questions on their behalf. We are seeking applicants with the required skills, and similar previous experience; however additional relevant training will be provided. Please refer to the role profile for further details. We offer flexible working hours to meet the needs and demands of the service, which will include occasional weekend and evening work. A full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential. Applicants to posts that are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act will require a DBS from the Disclosure and Barring Service before the appointment is confirmed. Home Office guidance states that candidates must evidence their right to work in the UK prior to commencing employment, either as a UK or Irish citizen, under the EU Settlement scheme or having secured any other relevant work visa.
