Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council’s SHARE team supports adults aged 18 and over who experience mental distress in Halifax. We seek caring, compassionate individuals willing to learn, with a commitment to dignity, inclusion, choice and respect.
You will co-produce person-centred plans, help people set goals, access community resources, and maintain wellbeing and independence. Training and support are provided.
