Care Assistant Benefits Available:
- Flexible/set working patterns to suit you
- Generous pay rates £12.00 + 45p per mile (for car drivers) and your travel time
- Probation rate is £11.50 for inexperienced Care Workers

Requirements For The Care Assistant:
- Must be flexible and able to work key times of service delivery which includes mornings, afternoons, evenings and alternate weekends
- Caring and compassionate towards people in need of care
- Respect for people suffering from a range of medical conditions with different backgrounds and beliefs
- Strong commitment to non-discriminatory care practice
- Excellent reliability
- Good communication skills
- Ability to support people with all aspects of their daily living in a manner that respects their dignity, is non-judgmental and promotes their independence, choices and privacy
- Ability to prioritize workloads effectively so customers receive the services they expect
- Ability to maintain clear written and electronic records and to follow statutory reporting procedures
- Ability to follow policies, procedures and instructions
