Calderdale Engineering Services are looking for an engineering labourer.
Responsibilities:
- Occasional basic engineering tasks.
- Manual handling of mild steel and various other metals.
- General housekeeping and cleaning of communal areas and workshop.
- Delivery of finished orders to customers in works vehicle.
- Unloading and management of materials from suppliers.
Ideal experience:
- Worked within an engineering machine shop.
- Operation of hand tools, handheld sanding/grinding machines, saw, drills.
- High levels of concentration.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Safe working practice.
- Evidence of a clean driving licence will be required.
- Due to vehicle insurance purposes candidates will need to be 25 years old or above.
Working days: Monday to Thursday 08.00-17.00, Friday 08.00 - 13.00. Overtime periodically available.
