Overview
Senior Project Manager role at Calderdale Council. You will join the Regeneration and Strategy Directorate to deliver major capital projects and drive regeneration and growth across Calderdale and West Yorkshire.
Responsibilities
- Lead the oversight, management and delivery of complex, multi-million pound capital projects within the Major Projects Service.
- Develop and implement project plans, governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement to deliver on priorities such as Calderdale The Next Chapter.
- Coordinate with highways and infrastructure teams on projects including the A629 Phase 2 Halifax Town Centre, A641 Improvement Scheme, and Elland Access Package.
Qualifications
- Significant experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering highway or regeneration projects.
- Experience leading transformational projects worth millions of pounds.
- Ability to operate in a political environment and deliver value for taxpayers.
