Trinity Academy Bradford continues on its transformational journey. Our vision is simple: to provide our students with an outstanding education and experiences that will give them the platform to achieve their potential and beyond.

We are proud that our recent Ofsted inspection (March 2024) recognised this commitment, achieving a rating of 'Good with Outstanding', despite taking on an inadequate school only 3 years ago. Ofsted further commented that the pupils' high-quality work and improved examination results reflect the quality of education they receive. Trust leaders prioritise this and are taking decisive action to improve the quality of education and care provided.

The school supports students in developing their character, providing experiences that help them stand out and offering broad career exposure.

We are now seeking to appoint a Pastoral Intervention Assistant to deliver our Nurture+ curriculum and the CONNECT Programme to students who frequently access the Inclusion matrix. Nurture+ is crucial for some students with an EHCP. You will provide learning support for students with an EHCP aged 11-16 years through assessment of needs, applying high-level subject knowledge and specialist skills to deliver and support learning.

What we require:

  • 5 GCSEs or more, including English and Maths
  • Experience of successfully working with young people (of a relevant age)
  • Experience of working with young people with EHCP
  • Basic experience of planning, either for lessons or extra-curricular activities, and in assessing student progress

In 2021, the academy was successful in its application as part of the school rebuilding programme. In July 2024, building work commenced with a £25 million partial new build, due for completion in October 2025. The state-of-the-art facilities will include new dining, sports, and classroom facilities.

Trinity Multi Academy Trust is a forward-thinking, vibrant, and growing trust, currently comprising 11 academies including secondary, primary, and post-16, with plans for further growth.

What we can offer:

  • Full support from a dedicated and visible team of senior leaders and pastoral managers
  • Excellent student behaviour with a first-class behaviour for learning system, enabling effective teaching and learning
  • An excellent CPD package, including a comprehensive professional development programme through the Trinity Institute of Education
  • A meaningful approach to staff wellbeing, with benefits such as access to a local government pension scheme, reduced-cost health cover, and cycle-to-work scheme
  • Opportunities for growth and career development within a growing trust

You must be fully committed to providing opportunities for children and young people, joining a flagship academy that sets standards for its trust members.
