Job description
NHP is looking to recruit a Health and Safety Officer to provide overall health and safety leadership across the charity. The role involves providing specialist advice and guidance on all aspects of health and safety, ensuring buildings and workplaces comply with statutory duties, and are safe environments for work and service delivery.
The responsibilities include implementing quality assurance and audit systems, training and advising staff, and procuring health and safety-related contracts.
Requirements:
- IOSH qualification or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role within a comparable organization
- Ability to organize workload efficiently
- Proficiency in IT
