Overview
We have a vacancy for an experienced, proficient and reliable person to join our team of ICT Field Support Officers providing support across Calderdale Council.
Responsibilities
- Attending client sites and performing technical support for reported issues.
- Provide a fault determination and fixing service.
- Liaising with customers and 3rd party suppliers.
- Installation and configuration of software and hardware to meet client requirements.
- Working to meet deadlines as defined by our SLA agreements.
- Working in schools in and around Calderdale.
Qualifications and requirements
- A major technology provider certification or recent experience in a similar role is highly desirable for this post, along with a full driving licence, and access to a vehicle.
