Calderdale Council is seeking a passionate practitioner to join the Missing Young Persons Team within its Family Intervention Team.

You will carry out Independent Missing Return Conversations, undertake assessments, and work with schools, police and safeguarding services to reduce risk.

You'll provide targeted short-term interventions (6–12 weeks), develop safety plans, and engage young people and families to build resilience and prevent escalation to statutory services.
