About the Role
We are recruiting a Team Manager to lead our Upper Valley and North Halifax locality teams, providing leadership across our Older People and Physical Disability (OP/PD) pathways. This is a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred and strengths-based practice in line with the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act and Human Rights Act.
Responsibilities
- Providing day to day operational leadership across two locality teams
- Ensuring safe, proportionate and strengths based practice
- Delivering high standards of supervision, decision making, and professional oversight
- Leading safeguarding activity and ensuring Making Safeguarding Personal is embedded
- Managing performance, quality, staffing and wellbeing
- Working closely with partners across Health, VCSE and community organisations
- Championing continuous improvement and supporting service development
