About the Victoria Theatre

The Victoria Theatre is a theatre that hosts a number of different types of events including comedy, music and theatre.

Position Overview

We are recruiting Front of House staff to work evening, weekends and occasionally day‑time shifts on a rota basis, as dictated by the performances taking place at the theatre. This role will involve providing an efficient, effective and safety conscious customer experience to visitors of the theatre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work evening, weekends and occasionally day‑time shifts on a rota basis, as dictated by the performances taking place at the theatre.
  • Provide an efficient, effective and safety conscious customer experience to visitors of the theatre.

Qualifications

  • Some experience of working with the general public in a hospitality, events or retail environment.
  • Confidence in money handling and completing relevant paperwork.
  • Numerate, literate and have excellent customer care skills.
  • A customer focused approach, commitment to maintaining high standards, and flexibility to work unsociable hours and at short notice.
  • Ability to move between different levels of the venue using stairs.
