The Business Support Assistant will provide a range of administrative support within the Corporate Business Support Function.
Responsibilities include:
- Post sorting and scanning administration
- Reception duties
- Financial administration tasks
- Input and maintain accurate information on computerised records and systems
- Produce reports and documents in line with corporate standards
Location: Halifax Town Centre.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Excellent communication and customer care skills
- Ability to work from a fixed council location
