The predicted salary is between 18500 - 25000 € per year.
Study towards a level 3 qualification in Business Administration. We’re looking for someone to join our team to help us shape the future of the service and provide support to the wider partnership team. The role will involve working with members of the public to coordinate licence applications and undertake evidence and intelligence gathering. You will be required to provide visible support within the community during days of action or programmed activities. You will be required to record and maintain accurate information across all disciplines of the team.
Areas of work:
- Licensing Administration and Enforcement
- Emergency Planning
- Community Safety (including CCTV)
- Internal and external tasking meetings
- Risk Assessments and Triaging of Volume Nuisance reports
- Lower-level enforcement activity
You will need good organisational skills and be able to work with members of the public and other external agencies. You will be required to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment, so the ability to prioritise your workload is advantageous.

Eligibility and Criteria:
To be eligible for this apprenticeship you must meet the criteria set out by the Department for Education in the Apprenticeship funding rules, including:
- Be aged 16 or over on the day the Apprenticeship starts.
- Having a valid and eligible residency status and the right to work in England which will last for the duration of the apprenticeship.
- Meet the essential qualification criteria in the role profile and be able to provide original qualification certificates at interview.
- Not be enrolled on any other programme or qualification which means you are not eligible under the Apprenticeship funding rules.
- Not have prior learning and experience which duplicates the learning and experience to be provided under the apprenticeship.
The Council will assess this via an assessment of prior learning and experience.
